Driscoll Children’s Health Plan, a Texas-based provider of low-cost health insurance for children, was in need of a member-centric care coordination system when it selected TCS’ signature product, Acuity Advanced Care™. According to Driscoll, TCS software allows the Health Plan to reduce the processing time between a referral and scheduling of surgeries and procedures. By partnering with Driscoll, TCS continues its support of Medicaid groups.

The recent 2010 Health Information Technology survey showcases TCS as a “best in class” company. In the survey, which studied a variety of trends in HIT, TCS performed well in a number of categories, including customer satisfaction and product functionality, rating higher than its competitors in each category.
