AcuExchange
AcuExchange is a provider portal that allows Providers to communicate with the Payer regarding the patient’s health, over the Internet. Functions that the Provider can perform include:
- Submitting authorization requests via the Internet for inpatient and outpatient services.
- Submitting changes for previous authorization requests.
- Checking the status on an individual request, or all requests by a provider.
- Attaching electronic documents such as Word documents and picture files.
- Sending and receiving messages from the Utilization Review Nurse.
- Creating and viewing notes.
- Performing assessments.
- Printing reports.
- Managing their login accounts and passwords.
