AcuExchange

AcuExchange is a provider portal that allows Providers to communicate with the Payer regarding the patient’s health, over the Internet. Functions that the Provider can perform include:

  • Submitting authorization requests via the Internet for inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Submitting changes for previous authorization requests.
  • Checking the status on an individual request, or all requests by a provider.
  • Attaching electronic documents such as Word documents and picture files.
  • Sending and receiving messages from the Utilization Review Nurse.
  • Creating and viewing notes.
  • Performing assessments.
  • Printing reports.
  • Managing their login accounts and passwords.
