AcuStrat

AcuStrat is a rules-based data stratification application that allows staff to organize and report patient health information and automatically create follow-on actions in the system.

Uses of AcuStrat include automatically:

  • Identifying and/or enrolling candidates for Care Management
  • Identifying gaps in care and missed care opportunities
  • Creating tasks for staff members and mistake-proofing workflows
  • Creating notes
  • Creating authorizations
  • Printing letters and educational materials to be distributed
  • Sending e-mails
  • Ad-hoc queries of information (or missing information)

Non-technical staff can set up rules quickly and easily. The rules can be scheduled to run automatically.
